Machine overhaul work is a large part of our business and we pride ourselves on the detailed level to which this is undertaken.

It is possible for work to be carried out at your premises however our preferred option would be for this to take place at our Corby facility due to ease of access to spare parts and workshop facilities. It is also a more cost effective solution.

As part of a full overhaul we would strip your machinery to the bare carcass and fully rebuild using new and existing good components, thus providing you with a machine which will operate ‘as new’ providing efficient and reliable operation for many years to come.

Aesthetically where the budget allows, a full respray of the machine frame and guarding would be carried out and any new Perspex guarding included giving the machine a modern appearance.

We are up-to-date with current legislation and all electrical and guarding work undertaken would comply with current CE regulations. Electrical and software upgrades are also available to meet with any site standards.
