As a result of modern methods of packing glass or plastic containers in heat shrinkable material, in many packaging lines, blowing machines are a valid alternative to washing machines, for the elimination of particles and impurities left by the exterior packing material used.

As an integration to their filling systems, CAM propose the blowing machine series Mod. TS with 16 or 20 biowing nozzles designed to reach production speeds of up to 7.200 bottles/hour.

These machines are equipped with a vertical starwheel, which enables bottles to be overturned and nozzles to be inserted, sending a jet of compressed-air (purified by a PALL absolute filter) inside.

The blowing action is activated for over 140 degrees of the rotation cycle of the disc and the impurities are immediately eliminated by an aspiration unit, positioned inside the machine frame, guaranteeing complete cleaning of bottles.

The machine can also be equipped with an air deionising unit which helps particles to be removed more easily from plastic containers. For handling circular section bottles, CAM have designed the TS machine which unites the advantages of the vertical blowing machine together with the possibility of accumulating bottles on a rotary table (equipped with either a ø 1000 mm. or ø 1200 mm. deck -depending on the dimensions of the container and the speed requested).

In addition to the above characteristics of the blowing system, the rotary table is equipped with deck in stainless steel AISI 304, mobile deviator (preventing bottles from becoming jammed and allowing for total clear-out without having to remove bottles by hand) and maximum load sensor to drive upstream machine stoppage.
